Embedded in your studies.
Connected to Germany.
wecare campus integrates German healthcare qualification modules directly into existing nursing curricula abroad — so graduates arrive in Germany clinically prepared, linguistically ready, and culturally at home.
Closing the gap between international nursing talent and the German healthcare system — already during the studies.
A German continuing-education provider
with an international classroom.
wecare campus is a German continuing-education provider headquartered in Hamburg and part of the wecare services group. The company develops internationally oriented qualification programmes in the healthcare sector with a clear focus on labour-market-oriented training and sustainable workforce integration.
Our mission is to embed targeted, supplementary modules into existing curricula at universities in countries with a strong supply of medical and nursing students. In doing so, we enable early qualification for the German labour market and systematically reduce the matching problems between international talent supply and demand in the German healthcare sector.
Each module combines clinical content with linguistic and intercultural qualification, beginning during the student's degree. This approach lowers transaction costs in the recognition process (Anerkennungsverfahren), reduces integration barriers, and creates an efficient, predictable transition into the German labour market — for institutions, employers, and the students themselves.
One pathway. Three partners. A shared outcome.
Our programmes are co-designed with universities, calibrated for hospitals and care providers, and built around the student. Each stakeholder has clear, measurable benefits — and a clearly defined role.

Why this matters — and why now.
Germany faces a sustained shortage of nursing professionals, and conventional recruitment models impose high friction on everyone involved: long recognition timelines, language gaps, and integration challenges that drive turnover. Embedding qualification into the studies — instead of bolting it on afterwards — changes the economics for institutions, employers, and students alike.
Built-in compliance
Our partner countries are selected outside the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List, which became binding under §§ 38–39 BeschV in December 2023. Recruitment integrity is a design constraint, not an afterthought.
Lower transaction cost
Anerkennungsverfahren paperwork, language certification, and clinical orientation all happen during the studies — collapsing months of post-arrival friction into the existing degree timeline.
Sustainable retention
Cultural preparation, German language confidence, and employer matching during the degree produce candidates who are ready to stay — not just ready to arrive.
